Description
Coloured entry for the "Past Lives" contest. My prompt was "Dragons". I have a sort of story that goes along with this whole universe, including how Dragons take human forms and Jou's preoccupation with princesses. (He thought Mokuba was Seto's, and now no one will ever let him live it down.) But I thought to be a little more romantic than humourous. Also, I would have gone waaaaaaay over the page limit for comics.So have BEWD!Seto and REBD!Jou tangled up in transitional phase.
I liked how my scanner cut the image before so I replicated it in this entry. I just think the composition is a little more interesting. If you want to see the full painting, I have it over on Photobucket here .

Is that from that fake documentary on dragons that AP/Discovery put out a while ago? I remember when that came out I still didn't have cable, so my friend called me up and put the phone by the tv so I could hear. I haven't been able to see/hear it since!
That is the basic idea though, yeah. I just love the imagery of a fast-paced, high-pressure, adrenaline filled mating. You have to really love your mate to be willing to join with them this way!
