My reimagined version of Ripper Roo.

For his new history, after Cortex perfected creating hybrid mutants he worked on mutating already living animals into humanoid mutants. Roo was one of the first subjects in that experiment. But there was many flaws and side effects in these experiments. The worst of which happened to Roo. He became humanoid but his fur turned blue, he's gone insane, and has become permanently hyperactive, making him an extremely dangerous and unpredictable enemy. Cortex has him kept in a gravity prison so he won't escape and wreak havoc on his space station. When all of Cortex's commanders and minions are defeated, he has no choice but to fight marsupial with marsupial.
