You may have seen the inks in my scraps folder a while ago, but yes, I have now finally got round to colouring my sexy demoness character. Originally her hair was pink, but it looked so awful I changed all the colours completely and ended up with this- and I'm much happier.Hope you all like. She's not being too rude lol, I made sure to cover her up. The pose was hellish to draw.
Anyway, off for tea before bed now. Work tomorrow and I'm already tired!

Nice work i can see you've put alot of effort into this piece, the hair, horns and chains/jewerly are lightend wonderfully and the pose and expression has captured the esstence of being sexual yet very dangerous. Poses are hell, i have so much trouble i tend to only use 3 different ones, i do keep poses i like from magazines in a book but ive lost it lol.
You have a very individual style keep up the good work

Tricky pose, and again, she has a lot of character. I like her exaggerated form, her wild hair and wide mouth, the sloppy slutty casual air she has. She looks like she's a lot of fun even when she's being wicked -- not just sexy, but has a sense of mischief and humor too. She reminds me of some demonesses in my novels and if she were one of mine, she'd be on an interesting path.
Her tawny golden-brown hair is great. I picture her colored with pink hair and that would just be way off for her earthy intensity of character. Fun sexy demoness, great illustration. Your drawings are inspirational! I don't do anything like this style, not skilled enough for it yet, but wow. This is very, very cool and the sort of comics art that I adore.

Wow another long comment! Thanks loads, the praise will soon go to my head if you're not careful. Ask me and I could pick 1000 holes and problems with my style, but I'm glad you like it heh! My aim is just to continue on what I think are my weak areas and pics like this help me try out new poses. I try not to use too much reference material, as I like my imagination better

I do that too. I think most of us are keenly aware of what we don't know yet, what our skill gaps and flaws are, but learning is cumulative. I haven't known any artists who genuinely stop learning.
One of the fun things that will happen is that something I thought of as one of my strengths, I'm still improving. Then I look back years later and think "oh, I could improve on that" and think of it as a flaw when I used to think of it as a high point, because I got far enough to see ways to improve it and haven't taught my hand yet how to do it!
