It's from an old issue of Detective Comics that's lying around here somewhere, that featured lots of McFarlane capework and a tarot-card subtext. A somewhat mutilated paraphrase to be honest. Batsy's chasing Joker through Gotham, and those lines narrate the dumb play as Bats rapells here and swings there and jumps here to intercept Joker's getaway car, swinging down to crash through the windsheild to once-again stop the Clown Prince of Crime.
