This is drawn very well! The colors work together well. The anatomy on this is very well done and obviously practice went into this skill. The lines are neat and the pose isn't bland. Time went into this.
I'd love to see more shading done with this. Shading can make an already good piece look amazing. I'd also try to practice working on paws a bit. Other than that the drawing itself is great.
A huge problem I see is how you took this image. If possible use a scanner or buy one if you can. If not take your photo straight on so the image isn't distorted and with good lighting. Use a lamp if needed. Afterward, spend some time croping. It'll make it look much more presentable.
