To change skin size:
Scroll up and down on each component.

To access the settings pane:
Double-click on any part of the skin or load the skin for the first time or right-click and select "Settings...".

To configure the weather app:
Opening the settings pane will give directives as to how to obtain your Weather.com key.

Updated code:
- Now supports around 50 languages and custom translations through the Settings Pane. Some languages are not implemented as they are not supported by weather.com.
- Display seconds on the clock if the option is selected.
- Scaling which will not break Rainmeter using a LUA module.

TODO:
- Display felt temperature (taking into account the wind and humidity) if the option is selected.
- Support every language in the interface.
- Allow to change colors from the Settings pane.

- Clean up the code from previous means of getting the weather.

- Allowing to monitor other drives than C and D.
