Here I am again, posting random uninformative crud about an OC before their actual ref...

Anyways, this... lovely fellow is Caesar LeShaw.
He's my character in my current D&D campaign (a Bard), and to summarize his characterization in one sentence, he's a bitter, homeless, and utterly masochistic jester with a stick.

Of COURSE, the absolute worst thing in the campaign had to happen to him, and now he's slowly losing what sanity he had left as he's turning into a failed lich. (I swear on my soul, he's not this crazy-looking regularly. He's usually got a scowl on his face.)

First it was his hand, now it's his arm, and he's even starting to experience a terrible tickling sensation in the back of his skull... one that causes involuntary giggling... and is what this picture is about. Poor guy. Never gets a break.
