My recommendation is to practice a lot. Try looking up some reference material and practicing anatomy. Gesture Drawings are really good practice. You can try some on this site [link] For coloring try looking up some of your favorite artists or whatever, and copying the colors you see in the drawing you're doing. It's good to use other artists art to help you learn, but don't straight up copy them and post it without permission, cause most artists get mad about that kinda stuff. If you try to copy things you see the way you see them you'll improve. And remember to draw every day! Practice is the key word! GL!

The shading on Grimmjow is just gorgeous. It is on the rest of them, too, but Grimmjow just looks especially great. Not sure what it is about him, but I love it.
