Couldn't resist it! XDI decided to redesign one of my older OCs but she looks nothing like what she used to! XD So here's redesigned Phoenix! X3 And her Talonflame which I thought fitted her to a tee! ^^

Her CM ruins everything tho. It just doesn't fit her. Looks as ridiculous as big R on former Rwanda's flag. I really suggest you to consider making a better-looking alternative.

I see what you mean, but that isn't her cutie mark it's this one fav.me/d69rgwg , which she'll have if I don't do a Team Rocket drawing of her. ^^ It's has been painted over and then replaced with the Team Rocket logo as she is working for the good of Team Rocket and they want to show it. It's also to hide her cutie mark so she can't be uniquely identified then subsequently arrested for criminal activity as she goes about her day to day life.
however I will see if I can give it a more painted on look! ^^ Thanks!

They did update it in the last few series to a new more stylized R but I'm a nineties kid so I prefer the original XD
