It happens constatly in low altitude areas, it happens a lot in Rio and other big cities like SΓ£o Paulo.

It also happens here in my city, but it's not nearly as serious as in those cities.

Don't worry though, my house is in a very high place, it would need a tsunami to reach it (and my city is far away from the sea, BTW).
