Hi yo , i dled the Ulead Gif animator, then i got lost Oo ~!

Well, after you DL it, install it into the right dir etc... When you first open it up, you'll have to click on the " try it" button. Next, you'll have the choice to view tutorials, open new works, etc in a pop-up menu. Exit out of that. Click on the new button in the top left. Create a new gif (make sure its the dimensions you want it to be). This next part took me awhile to figure out O_o. You'll have to create all the frames in advance in another program. After you have made them, open all of them and copy each one, one by one, into the gif animator. (To make a new frame, hit CTRL+ALT+F). Make sure each one is in a differnet frame. To view what you have created so far, click on the preview tab in the top left. When you have finished and you like what you have, do file, save-as, then Gif image. Hope that helped
