Hi there! It takes me anywhere from 2-14 hours to finish a model...it depends if I work on it straight from start to finish...but I usually only work on models for about an hour at a time, so it take me a week or two to actually get them completed.

It would seem you too are a fellow frame-by-frame animator. Down with crummy motion tweens! XD; Nah, they're useful sometimes.. I just wish people didn't depend on'em so heavily. c_C;

Hmm, composing music? Curious, what program do you use for doing so? Cakewalk, Noteworthy Composer, Fruityloops, Encore, or syallabus?
That Capoeira looks like fun. I could imagine the rush behind such a art. I myself used to practice Tae-kwon-do. There's that incredible feeling during sparring!
And about that Icon issue, I think its ":icondeviantartname"
such as.. let's try two test.
:iconazuis
Welcome to dA by the way, and good luck on your animations.

Ahhh (this is gonna look like another dbl post X_x.) I didn't answer your earlier question:
I basically use Cakewalk and Encore for recording my keyboard stuff. Unfortunately I'm not one of those remix-skilled people that records/inputs like 4 bars then digitally repeats them over and over - I play everything which usually means mistakes and retakes. :/
However after that, I can get the computer to play back the song and that's when I "record" it when I can control the surrounding sounds in my house. (I've got a noisy house )
For everything else though, I just have to play live and hope the mic picks up everything ok and that I (or whoever I'm playing with) don't screw up during the recording. I have a lot of "static noise" problems though which really gets annoying. Especially when trying to record an amped guitar. X_x

Sounds cool, inputting through trial and error is a great way to compose.

Heheh, well I normally compose the song first in my head (and via trial and error) and once I can perform it pretty well live then I record it. Over. and Over. and Over. :/

Hehe, it's actually a brazilian martial art called Capoeira. But yah it's pretty close to dancing. ^_^
