the canvas is progressing, slowly but surely. I'm happy enough with it but it is all still base layer stuff. haha I really am limiting the time I work on it to times when I feel ULTRA inspired and have bags of time to play with. How are things with you!?

I appreciate that! thank you. ahh I am soo tired today! I was at the beach for 3 and a half hours yesterday, practising flips. OMG! I tried a GAINER yesterday! a gainer, is a backflip done while moving forward..... i was doing them off a small heightm, and onto the sloping sand dune below. So imagine running and once you get to the edge, take all you weigh on your left leg, JUMP and throw your arms up in the air and swing your right leg through and up for momentum all while looking BACK searching for the ground. Once your in the air, TUCK HARD and hopefully land on your feet! i made it to my knees once! But it's a brand new technique, adn eysterday was my first attmpet. remember the fear I had wit backflips>??? well the fear of a GAINER is 10 times that of a backflip, but it looks 10 times as impressive!
