I agree with everythingg you commented on my Art Memorial: in the real world celebs or famous artists don't care if you make a demotivational, or a wallpaper, or a derivative work, as long as you don't make profit with it or insult the artist himself.
In fact, I think they like it, you now, to be appreciated.

Everything you used in those motivational posters. Parody and fair use only covers things that you yourself draw/create. Finding pictures on the internet doesn't cut it, because someone else took those photos/created those drawings.

I could say that parody is mainly fan based and requires something you DIDNT make to PARODY
