I am a little worried about the tonal depth of you pencil drawings. What grade pencils do you use? And do you keep a piece of paper between your hand and the drawing?

some of your pencil drawing looks a little flat on the screen - perhaps it is just me or the scans - I think they are wonderful - it is just that they lack a bit of contrast. I just hope that the lack of contrast is not due to acidental smudging.
Massive respect for your work - I just think it is important to share things like this because I want to see your work in the best possible light. It is a minor technical thing only. I was trying like hell to find something intelligent and engaging to say to you instead of a dumb "oh thats fantastic!" which doesn't really tell you anything.

The best thing about Gigar is he taught the whole art world that the new holy grail is to be the conceptural artist for a major motion picture franchise. Not that they treated him well... but it did for him what Time Magazine did for Pollock in 1949.
I once owned two of Gigars books but I gave them away because they gave me the creeps. Actually, from what I have read about him as a person, he a sick fuck, and that does not impress me. Neither does Dali as a person, he is said to have had parties where animals were half cooked and then carved up while still alive. That enough to make anyone become a vegitarian.
