Favorite visual artist: I'm not terribly picky about artists in general.Favorite movies: I generally like any movies as long as it's got good plot and characterization. However - I'm sorry to say this, but I'm not such a fan of the romance genre.
Favorite TV shows: I fell out of the habit of watching TV years ago, but I still enjoy the occasional cop show (CSI, Law & Order, Monk, etc) and America's Funniest Videos.
Favorite bands / musical artists: None. I'm deaf! =)
Favorite books: Difficult to say; I LOVE reading! But if I must choose only one book for the rest of my life, I'll pick the Bible.
Favorite writers: Again, difficult to say - I'm a fan of many writers! But I'm a little more strict in that regards - if one is a bit lacking in an area (prose, diction, general grammar, and just general ability), you'll have more of a fight to win me over.
Favorite games: Pokemon (playing non-stop since 1998), Starcraft, Warcraft (all games), and Sid Meier's games.
Favorite gaming platform: I own a Nintedo 64, GameCube, GameBoy Color, GameBoy Advance, Nintedo DS, 3DS, Wii, and an iMac laptop. And yes, I still play on all of them.
Tools of the Trade: Pencils and laptop.
Other Interests: Drawing, reading, swimming, biking, philosophzing and discussing theology.

Goddamn it I think all your post about family have rubbed off on me, yesterday apparently Glaan has a dysfuntional distant family and after he told me his friends are more like family then his actual family I made a bunch of post telling him he should try to work his family problems out and talk to them more because there are some problems only family can help you with and some other reasons and its always good to have that support.
I mean thats the kind of thing I expect you to tell people not me.

Sorry for not replying sooner to your other comments, I've had a terribly busy Thanksgiving.
Hahaha. While I understand how friends could feel like family - we have few very close friends we consider family - it's also good that Glaan should attempt to reconcile with his family (I do realize, however, that it may be very, very difficult - and even then, there may be a certain family member who won't reconcile with him).
But haha, I'm proud of you!

eh my Thanksgiving was probably the least busy in years, it was just me, my mom and my dad the rest of the family who lives in New York were in Puerto Rico still the food was good so I can't complain.
yeah I know I have some really close friends, basically his step mothers side of the family more or less has a policy that your problems are your own don't bother anyone else in the family with them, he had a good relationship with his sister until recently but its become strained due to her Boyfriend being someone Glaan has disliked since before he became her Boyfriend. bunch of other stuff too can't really remember at the moment but his step mother and father seperated when he was 3 and both of them worked in the military so he was alone much of the time.

Not that i know of, I had some long argument with Staric about Night Elves and Hyjal and the cenarion Circle and Nordrassil that of course went absolutely nowhere. apparently Staric got into the Beta in the last few weeks before it closed and thats what he was doing, Playing Beta nonstop.
goddamn it im barely conscious right now, haven't slept for more then 30 or so hours and I went to classes like this had to force myself to not just collapse, I think I should take a nap or something.

BUT - your ending comment of how my story felt like a comic book hit the nail dead-center! The entire I was writing it, I kept thinking, "This would make a great comic book, this would make a great comic book..." You get the idea.
Such a pity DC likely would refuse to accept the story. XD Seriously, though... it woulda make an awesome comic book, no?

I think so! It is just so... comic-booky. It reminds me a little of the Invincible books - which is a superhero comic from Image, I think - and it has the same sorts of situations (both hilariously ridiculous and serious) and self-awareness that you have.
Also, Invincible is a great comic. I highly recommend it.

Self-awareness - and maybe that isn't even the right word? I'm not sure - in comics is like... when a character references a common cliche used in comics. Like Cyborg pointing out how many freakin' death rooms the HIVE had. A SRS BUISNESS story would've just continued on without pointing out the cliche, but your characters were partially aware of the totally unlikely stuff that was happening. And that's awesome.

She's an unusual youth because while she dislikes Night Elf rogues and Beast Masters (she's a Marksman, haha), she doesn't hate the Alliance - in fact, she sometimes goes out of her way to help them out. That being said, she's usually high on sugar. (If you invite her to a group, she WILL say "Testing, testing, testing. Is this connection working? Oh! Yes!")
So in short: mostly good but 100% crazy.

What website is she going on?! On Travelocity, it's $352, but you really have to buy them ahead of time because it gets super expensive as you get closer to the date....plus, it's a holiday sort of time, so they'll crank up the ticket prices because of that.
