Italy has short, silky brown hair, parting in the center of his head. He has a strange gravity-defying curl that sticks out of the left side of his head, seeming to have a mind of its own and acting as an erogenous zone when touched. His eyes are a bright amber-brown color. He wears a blue WWII military uniform, with a black tie and black boots, although more recently he wears his sailor-suit-style top and blue pants. Occasionally he wears dresses given to him by Hungary. He also wore dresses all the time when he was a child, being mistaken for a girl by everyone except Hungary.
Everyone knows Italy as a cheerful, bubbly, affectionate, and overly expressive nation. He's also known for his huge obsession for pasta. Italy is always eager to make friends. However, he has a tendency to get a little too close to people, even strangers, which turns people away from him. He's also quite clumsy, and therefore isn't very skilled with guns. Italy talks really quickly way too much, and is very expressive with his hands. He also tends to overreact over the tiniest things. Even though he has been yelled at in the past for being way too annoying, he seems to have many friends who see his positive side.
Italy is extremely skilled in the arts- he appears to have inherited talents for painting, drawing, cooking, singing, and dancing from his grandfather (Despite this, he cannot bake very well). He worries about everyone all the time, and tries desperately to comfort them when they're feeling upset. He values friendship above love- even after a breakup, he will be more than happy to still be friends.
Feliciano is always eager for opportunities to make new friends. It's very easy to become friends with him- even if you've only talked for a little while he'll still consider you a friend. Even if you're stoic, or shy and reserved, he can still be your friend anyway (it happened with Ludwig, after all). Feliciano is very open about his feelings and opinions- he won't hesitate to tell you if he likes you. If you're around him for a while, you might find yourself picking up a bit of his cheerful demeanor- after all, Italians are contagious!

This Italy is based off of canon and headcanon! Don't like it, don't rp.
I support these pairings in this order: GerIta (OTP), Itacest, PruIta, ItaPan, AmeIta, EngIta, PolIta, RusIta. I will only rp GerIta, Itacest, or PruIta for this account.
I am not fluent in Italian, I'm rather far from it; but I do know some words and phrases. I am learning, any advice is appreciated! I have also created a little guide with some of the Italian that I do know. This Feliciano doesn't insert Italian into his sentences when talking normally, but he does use "è vero?" (is it true?) to confirm things occasionally; and sometimes when greeting people.
I don't rp with main accounts.

With a slight smile, Luxembourg took the hems of her dress and preformed a quick curtsy for the Italian nation in front of her. "B-Bonjour Mr. Nord de l'Italie [Northern Italy]." She spoke up.

The Italian looked around, sighing softly as he gripped the small knife in his hand. He looked at it before biting his lip. It was a dulled edge, but no one seemed to care. He hid it away and squeezed his eyes shut before leaving his home in search of some food.
He went to the grocery store, mumbling under his breath while he picked out the various foods he would need.

Feliciano was in the frozen foods isle, looking for an ice cream flavor that looked interesting. However, he wasn't listening to the sign that read "do not leave door open". It was taking him forever to choose a flavor.

The Italian headed to the ice cream aisle himself, humming softly as he thought about having a sweet treat. He blinked as he looked up and saw the other Italian. "Ah," he gasped, before walking over. He smiled, tilting his head. "Hello!"

((The character in question dies, and there are two incarnations formed as a result. Most of them don't remember they had died and remember everything from their lives, while others remember their deaths, or at least know they have died in the past. Sometimes the result is, say, two versions of First Player Italy. The only rule is that a copy of the one who had died must come back. (IE: If Devil!England died, he could come back as a Bunny!England, but he also has to have the Devil!England to replace the first one.) That's just my theory, anyway. *shrugs*))
The Italian giggled and clapped happily. "Maybe! Maybe!" he chirped. "This is so interesting! I've never got to meet another version of myself!"

((Um, okay. Let's see... let's say your version of Italy died. Two versions would come as the result. An exact replica of your Italy that would continue living as him, and my Italy. Neither Italy would remember dying, but they'd have relatively similar memories. Then, if my Italy died, he could split into an exact replica of this Italy and another Italy, let's say a Cardverse!Italy. Etc. etc. This is kind of shown in my Devil! and Angel!Italy accounts. Normal!Italy died twice in the creepypasta, and a version of him came back each time, but two shells were also created. One remembers his death, but the other knows he dies.))
