Believe me when I say that every artist had a period in their life where they thought their art was garbage compared to others. About 2 years ago I went through months feeling that way, and I lost all motivation to draw. I would look at artists on DeviantArt (before I even had an account) and feel terrible. I just stopped drawing altogether. That was the worst decision I could have made in that situation.
Let me be brutally honest here. When it comes to art, there is no such thing as talent. There is only passion and skill. Skill is only acheived through practice. Practice is done with the motivation your passion for art gives you. So yes, everyone begins with crappy drawings, but it is what that garbage becomes that matters. All you have to do is stay motivated, and continue drawing, and your drawings will grow and improve. So, what you have to do is turn that self hate from looking at artists you admire (like Z-TOON) and change it to motivation. What you are have experiencing right now is a stepping stone to your life as an artist.

Thanks also I will always think my art is trash even if its good but thanks.I just finished a sketch book so im off to a fresh start on going through and finding my art style.(sursly I did not know that I got so aggravated over this that she told you and like all my friends.) Hey, by the way, you seem really worked up about finding your style. Instead of trying to find it, let it find you. Inspiration hits at the weirdest moments, so jot down any mental images for ideas and afterwards, draw them in your sketchbook. Eventually, you'll find a way to draw that's comfortable to you and gives you even more inspiration to draw in that way. That would be your style.
Just don't think too hard about it.

No worries I also use references sometimes... it mostly includes my xenomorphs
