That's an awesome way to put it. "On a quest to become a writing hero." That's
the spirit! I understand how literature here in DA isn't very popular next to visual
art, but one of the creative ways I've learned to showcase my writing skills is to use
the commentary windows as my alternative gallery instead. I use my writing skills to
creatively write thoughtful feedback to fellow artist. It's a clever way to get feedback.
Most people online hardly give support beyond the usual one liners, fave and runs,
and silent watches. But when ever I come around and share creative feedback, I practically
break the social norm all the time. It's a great way to stand out from the norms. Plus,
you can connect with people this way too. This community site is in need of writing heroes,
and us heroes certainly have the means to make that difference.
My personal motto: "Own life like a boss and be a protagonist, cause main characters never
settle for anything as they are, instead they stand out to become the difference."
I'm a firm believer that there is a hero in all of us. Thanks for adding me to your watch.

I may say I'm out to be a writing hero, but it's probably more accurate to call me a klutz at the moment, at least when it comes to the social media/networking space. I've only JUST started to learn what Pinterest is, i.e. not just an Instagram clone. But whatever. Baby steps.
But yeah, I'm at least trying. Plus, if DA is a place where artists come to showcase their wares and (presumably) improve their skills, then maybe if I consistently contribute stuff here, then my skills will improve, too. That'd be swell. I'm still pretty terrible at drawing hands. And toes. And arms in general. So again, baby steps.
I appreciate the tips, though. Definitely need to put in some work in showing people I exist, and your help is bound to go a long way toward making that possible. I just need to start putting it into practice. And I will in the days to come, hopefully.

I totally feel ya on the media terms. I'm still learning those things too
actually. I don't know what Pinterest is either.
I'm also a bit of a klutz on things too, no worries. Being a hero is never an easy thing,
we will stumble and fall along the way. They say, to never despise humble beginnings.
Even now, for as long as I've been here on DA, I still have my humble beginnings.
Being a hero is an awesome endeaver and worth striving for. I still struggle with drawing
hands and feet too, but one step at a time, we'll get better at them with practice.
I guess for the time being, we'll probably need some calling cards in case we're needed by someone....
hm... Oh um...that last one is in case we're too busy stopping a fave and runner. XD
