# About me
PersonalMost of my life I have lived in the Lower Blue Mountains, around an hour west of Sydney, Australia.
I also married in November 2007 in the Blue Mountains, it is truly a beautiful place and where a lot of my photography is taken.
It's obvious that I have a passion for photography simply by browsing my gallery. However my talents extend beyond photography and every now and then I love to create websites, code CSS, graphic design and even draw or sketch. However most of my work will be photography orientated.
Everything that you will see in my gallery, is me, all self taught. The only non-self taught event I attended was a 2 day basic photography course to brush up skills, but I don't feel it influenced my style rather my camera holding technique.

I just walked past a 7-Eleven and (today being 7 November) they had a sign up saying "free slurpee with every purchase".
What is this "with every purchase" nonsense?? BACK IN OUR DAY, we got free slurpees just for walking in and saying "Happy 7/11 day!" to the guy behind the counter.
. . . Though I do wonder if it was our abuse of the system that made them change it.

It was most certainly our abuse that ruined it for everyone! Whoops!
But it made for so many memories!! And headaches and that seedy feeling after consuming way too much caffeine.
Maybe I'll buy some gum, to get the slurpee today?

Hey there! Yes, a very loooooong time! 
Since I saw you last I have had 2 children which means a lot less time for dA but I do get on here as often as I can! I'm enjoying all the cuddles more than the art...
Recently I've been trying out time-lapse videos which made me realize dA needs a time-lapse photography/video section! (Audio free videos to avoid copyright issues of course). I'd love to get come feedback about them from other users... thoughts?

Single, since early August. Been through A LOT of negative/crappy life experiences since... However things are stable and fine these days, and I'm unhappily single, but gainfully employed.

Now, how I wound up at your door... I was browsing wallpapers (something I have not done for MANY MANY years) and I found a group that had a resources gallery... inside that gallery was your .PSD monitor template. I saw your name and thought "now there's an old mate, lets see what he's been doing".
I'm actually procrastinating right now... there are other things I should be doing right now

Landscaping mostly FT. I was also working at a restaurant FT as a 2nd job, but have since left that position. Of course, I'm still doing Graphic Design on the side.
Yeah... Well when I became single, it was REALLY rough, and one tragedy led to another, and another and another and another... For about 5+ months straight. Things have FINALLY turned around in the last month or so...
As for being single.. You are probably right. As it is, I have neither the time, nor the desire to go to the places where single women can be found and approached - I pretty much just work and come straight home most of the time. it's at night/weekends when I notice how lonely I am the most. Ahh well. Such is life I suppose.

As for James, sincerest congratulations. I'd love to tender you some amazing fatherly advice, but I know you'll do just fine, and hope you're enjoying it as much as you can, and finally getting some sleep in as well!
