You're in the United States? I am from America too. :-) (Smile) There are quite a few really good American ateliers that are similar to the Angel Academy, I think one of the best is the Grand Central Academy in New York. The Art Renewal Center has a complete list on their website, if you're ever interested!

I know what you mean about rip offs... When I was in high school, my big dream was to go to the School of Visual Arts in NYC. My family couldn't afford it (who could?!) and looking back, I am so relieved I didn't go! Giggle Giggle Giggle Giggle Giggle Giggle Giggle
