These are done as a quick mock-up in photoshop, followed by "cutting" the image apart and putting it back together with CSS. If you want to try it out, look up web design and web development; it's kind of a mini-version of building a full website.

I am indeed! By the way, let me know if you ever want a tiling background for anything, most especially starfields and abstracts. I have been told I have something of a knack for them, and they are easy for me to do, so I pass them to other artists I know to adapt to their stuff. :-) (Smile)
