If I'm not mistaken, the 7th Level of Hell is the lake of burning blood set aside for those who are violent against neighbours and fellow men; warmakers, murderers, and their ilk.

Of course, it should be noted that I haven't actually read Dante's Inferno, and I'm simply using the internet as a source. The internet is generally vastly mistaken.
