And cue in the Steve Jablonsky Autobot theme from the movie as Sunstreaker takes on the Decepticons.

This was a wondeful picture, and these are some superb colours to help finish it - you guys make a great team! Sunstreaker at sunset; nice idea. One of my worries with the original post by Mr. Ng was that the level of fine detail in the piece left the picture appearing cluttered and unfocussed (no offence to the impossibly talented artist in question, of course!). What you have deftly succeeded in achieving here is to clearly separate the Autobot from his surroundings by playing with light temperature - well done. The faded quality you have seen fit to give the transforming Lambourgini is most appropriate, clearly implying a conversion-in-progress. Good work. Your metallic shades and highlights seem logical and believable; shading as a whole is expertly handled on all counts. Nice work on the windshield, too.

My only gripe would be this: weren't Sunstreaker's wrist-mounted rockets chrome? Ha ha, I'm just raggin' ya! Excellent job.

Sweeeeet.. The afternoon setting colors that you have chosen to color this in fits this Sunstreaker pic quite nicely. Well done, m'man!

Rockin' stuff. I like the "in motion" transformation, and your colouring sells it very well without going with the marvel "box with twitch lines" or the DW "faded layers" approach. Again, just showinng incredible control and skill with bringing out the artists strength with your colours instead of burying it under a lotta gloss. Well done!

Now which version is this? I remembered that you done 2 versions of Joe's lines.......one had more of a bloody sunset to it which I really liked....I ain't too if it's this one or not....and the other a lighter morning touch to it...........oh doesn't matter......it's super anyway...which ever version!

That's a Devastator-size Sunstreaker, but we'll not go into that. Great palette for this piece. The sunset look complements Streaker perfectly.

I can easily imagine Steve Jablonsky's musical score for the first "Transformers" film going along with this image, especially that short snatch of melody from "You're a Soldier Now" that plays when Optimus plows into the downtown area, transforms, and growls, "Megatron!" This is some of the best Transformers artwork I've seen here, particularly for ol' Sunstreaker!
