Description This is a part of our Goosebumps collection. My cousin and I have been collecting this since we were, I think, eight?

these books are one of the things that sparked my imagination... I actually prefer these books over sweet valley high and nancy drew.

When my aunt found out that I'm fond of reading books, she made me read a charles dickens classic that was three inches thick. [that was quite overwhelming, considering I was only eight years old] then whenever we would meet, I would be required to narrate what I have read.

That's the problem when you live with an over-achieving family. I feel that I'm pressured to be as great them. I'm not a valedictorian; I'm not an award-winning writer; I'm can't even win first place at any ****ing art contest.

So, maybe the "torch" wasn't passed on to me.
So, maybe I'm not great.
So, what?

i also have the werewolf of fever swamp!
i loved that story.
it's my fave of the series so far.
ang ganda kasi ng flow ng story!

but I read Oliver Twist as well ...uhm, five? six? seven years ago... it was very nice.

i never read Oliver Twist.
my bro did, pero i never dared to try.
besides makapal eh medyo musty na yung amoy nung book.
and that time i'm not into reading classics.
yung classic lang na nagustuhan ko is yung Of Mice and Men ni John Steinbeck.

Wow...um...it said above I should give an advanced critique of this...gosh...I mean, I'm not used to this. *.* Er...I like how the books are stacked. To me, it looks like there's an infinite number of them. I'm a huge fan of this series and I have all of these books, except for the 2000 series. I especially love the Give Yourself Goosebumps books. Those rock! So I take it you're still a Goosebumps fan, too? I like mainly fantasy books, such as Narnia and Harry Potter. Oh, and I also like manga. What do you like?

cool another goosebumps fan! I haven't completed the 2000 series either... I read any interesting book [except for those big, old ones... I'm allergic] I don't really read manga... but I do love fiction.

Yep, yep, yep...I'm still trying to complete my 2000 collection. I'm glad to find another fan of the series! Most people think Goosebumps is too babyish or something...but I think it's cool and interesting how each one is totally different with a unique storyline! Yay, I found a new buddy!

So, what's your favorite Goosebumps book? And do you like the Give Yourself Goosebumps books? Those are the best!

Oh, and since you like fiction, are you a Harry Potter or Chronicles of Narnia fan? Those books are my favorite!
Sorry, if I ask too many questions...but I hardly run into people who like the same stuff I do...

I love the story of "The ghost next door" [#10.. I think]... and yeh I do like the choose your own scare books. I have read a couple of harry potter books and yes, they are really nice!

The Dickens book was out of hand and actually quite stupid. No eight year old could ever understand what he wrote, seriously. Especially since we no longer live in the victorian era.
