I have to say, this is a wonderful piece. When I saw the thumbnail, the colors instantly drew my eyes to it, and the wolf is very well placed within the center of the action. I really love how you used the glow effects to enhance the canine's appearance.
Your line art is very smooth and doesn't interfere at all with the composition of the picture. Nice work on that too!

The facial anatomy is pretty well done; the eyes and muzzle are placed appropriately, and they line up like they should. Something I noticed was the ear being a tad too far back on the head, but it doesn't detract from the image in any way.
The legs look a little off to me; the right foreleg seems a little stiff, and the joint on the wrist seems bent in an awkward way. I also noticed that the knee on the right hind-leg was a little low.
The left hind-leg is really well done; it's appropriately placed and doesn't look awkward whatsoever.

I would recommend that, for shading, you could try playing around with the opacity to make it seem a little more realistic.

Great piece; I really enjoyed looking and admiring the background, as well as the wolf in the middle!! Every artist has room to improve, and even if there are some things that need work, I think you did a wonderful job on this image. I can't wait to see more of your work!!!

So ill Critique it now.

first off i love the hole body and back ground its so pretty and its very shiny. but i see alot of Blue. the main colour in this, maybe try adding bits of pink?
green?
it would go well for a back ground. next you spend ALOT! of time on full body fur maybe pick out places like the neck the tail. hair and other places. maybe add more shading and less light. the light should only be coming from one place. now the eye. you always put that shine. maybe practise eyes. there super fun too do. make them more realistic maybe. and stuff.

the face is amazing. and well in shape. its well made and done up.

I have something to say about it.

The colors gives to your drawing a marine atmosphere, it's like the character is swimming in the deep abyss, but on his/her side xD or like he/she is in front of the output of an underwater cave.
I love how you did the background. It's wonderful. Just one word : WONDERFUL.

It's very original too. But I have to critique the anatomy.
The wolf/canine looks very, very thin and long ! Think about the animal's skeleton. The bones would look strange.
The front and back paws look weird too. It's like your character has three fingers on the side of his/her paw. Then, the shading makes the fur looking like scales. Under the head, ears, and chest, it looks like the character has soot on his/her fur.
