Just a quick question, if you don't mind. When you add your tones, are you painting those directly over the pencil sketch, or on another lay above it?

..definitely put a layer over the sketch in the beginning, then I usually flatten everything and paint into it

yeah, I sketched on paper, scanned it into photoshop, and painted over it....good luck!

...in ps, you can 'flop', or 'flip' your image, under Image>Rotate Canvas......always flip man, you always see mistakes!
