This is really cool. Her face is definitely captivating and her hair is very well done. The only crit I can give you, if i may, is that it seems that the rest of her body and her ears needs a little bit more tonal value and definition. I would recommend adding in some soft shadows where her dress meets her skin on her back, detailing the neck as you did you did with her cheek bones (sculpting it) and maybe some darker shadows on the inside of her arm. Still your painting looks beautiful and is something to be proud of- Nice work
