I used Size 8 Japanese Seed beads from Bead World in Roosevelt, Seattle, Washington, USA. My Connor costume's featured on my main page. Not sure how to link it.

Thanks for sharing this! I found another pattern but it required a peyote stich so this will be much simpler to do and look effective. I'll be sure to link once I've finished the armbands!

We're still working on the armbands, but if you're interested here's a link to the WIP image in my gallery [link] We ended up going for regular opaque seed beads. Even though in the reference images he has larger beads, it wasn't going to work, or look very good (and there are half-beads, which totally won't work!). Your pattern looks more aesthetically appealing (and feasible) than trying to replicate exactly what he has, so thank you again for sharing!

[link] finished one of them.
I used 6/0 glass beads and I think they worked alright. Although upon further inspection at Connor's armband I think his has less beads but they're larger. Regardless I like the outcome, thanks for posting up that design!
I definitely think you should put up there what size of bead though XDD I think I should've used the smaller beads for this design lol.
