My roomate took one look at this and asked me what was my inspiration. Honestly, I don't know. I think I mostly did it as a filters study on Adobe Photoshop.Tia Dalma, Davy Jones, and Jack Sparrow all Β© to Disney and teh PotC

*laughs* Same here. I mean, come on, they had the same locket, how cute is that? Besides, there were no other women besides Elizabeth and Tia and I didn't think they'd intro a whole new character to play Calypso. Tia fit the bill.

that and the look she gave in three when barbosa said "AYe..but we have CALYPSO!!" and the look she gave of "tee hee thats me"
I think i figured it out in two when she was touching her necklaces and was telling the story of davvy "He cut out him heart" and se like grip them beads for dear life!

well i guess he figured it was elizabeth since she was bold enough to talk to him the way she did at the beginning made her seem "god-like"

Yeah, and I thought there might've also been a bit of a mystery between races, like if Sao Feng was envisioning a person with god-like powers to be nothing like himself, and he and Elizabeth are usually on different sides of the world, from completely different cultures. Elizabeth must've looked very different to him (Not sure how many white chicks Sao Feng happens by in Singapore.

Yeah, Elizabeth arguably looked nothing like the women Sao Feng surrounded himself with, so he was most likely intrigued by her. And I don't think there was ever a time in the movie he caught a glimpse of Tia Dalma, either (they may have ben on the same ship at some point, but he was preoccupied). So Elizabeth might have been his only candidate for the Calypso thing.

LOL...that is true... but i dont see HOW he could have missed calypso/Tia. After all she was the female standing right next to him with the "birdpoo" covered face!!!
Or maybe Sao Feng just had a fetish for "English" girls...i mean heck she did appear before him in just a shirt..XD prehaps he figued thta was an invite! Plus she didnt mind letting him have a a good lashing from her tounge. He almost seemed giddy..like.."OMG!! NO one has ever talked to meee that way" (all Fan girly-guyish) Then " ARG! wait no must not let people see my excitement...GRRR ATTACK...(but becareful with my little butterfly!!!)) GRRR!"

*laughing* Okay, there definitely needed to be more in-depth character analysis of Sao Feng before they killed him off. This would have been a brilliant side plot.
Also, for that matter, there needed to be MUCH more character development in the rest of the Brethren Court because they were such incredible people! ;-;

heck yeah!! I mean there were some awesome characters that i wanted to know more about. Including....JACKS DAD!!! Hello they soo could have dont more. although i must say he did look an aweful lot like Captin Hook from petter pan. But anyways.. Iw anted to know more about the crazy Japanese captian and the one guy who had like 12 bodygaurds and the tiny voice.
I heard that there may be spin off movies...involving different characters. but that was then end and there is no more....*pout* I really feel bad for elizabeth and will..but when you think about it it was the classical-( literature wise no movie wise) fairytale ending. *sigh*
If i had the time i would draw a comic remaking the ending and "beefing up" some of the characters and back storys...but then the movie would have been 12hours lobg.. XD

You're right about Jack's dad, Teague Sparrow, but I think if they had made him a main character instead of just a cameo, some of the magic and allure might've trotted off. Best to keep them wanting more, aye?
I think I read an interview whereJohnny Depp said that he'd do a fourth Pirates movie if the script were good enough, but I have a feeling we won't be seeing that for a while. I mean, sure it's ended, and we're all sad for it, but it was a fantastic ending and I hope you left feeling as satisfied as I was.
The stories of Elizabeth, Will, Jack and Barbossa are most certainly -not- over, but for now at least I think we must content ourselves with pictures, fanfiction, and our own imaginations.

Hrrmn...Probably because Davy didn't want Jack hanging out with Tia Dalma, and he hates the guy, so I think he just wanted to strangle him. But Tia was there so he was being nice about it.
