Description
This is a refined version of an assignment for my Cartoon character design subject one semester ago. The assignment was monster/creature design.Originally she looked quite different but I just wanted to make her more believable so...I didn't really go crazy with the details and accessories. Not much to say, I think it doesn't quite fulfill the requirement as a submission for my college's student awards, but, bleh, I tried my best with whatever time I had @@; Ignore the intro!!! I was typing that early in the morning so......
Thanks to for helping me decide on the color scheme!! And thanks to for the character sheet references! I don't think I could have completed this without you guys' help! XD

Haha, I wish I could have spent more time on the designing part, I kinda liked my initial design better, but it didn't really make sense...actually I didn't really wanna do mermaid, suddenly it became so generic *knocks head on wall*
