"Well Juan, how about that lady in the kerb? Giving us the evil eye?"Just me having some fun!! Two Spanish policemen covering a local carnival procession into a small park....
The lady does look rather annoyed - maybe the procession delayed her - or she's parked in the wrong place and thinks they may give her a ticket?
As I said - just me having some fun and letting my imagination run riot

Yes, you're right, the lady is the prime candidate, just for looking so guilty! But personally I would lock up the two guys in top hats - they have got to be a fashion crime!

There were about 50 with the top hats and black capes... I think she had just pulled of a bank robbery and could not find the getaway car with all this nonsense going on
