"Sorry Sir.. this is a bus stop - even I cannot park here!!""Look, if you cannot find a gap anywhere - just park on a pedestrian crossing - or the pavement... all the locals do!!!"
This has been a very sad week (I am sure you all know why) and for many it has also been a very sad period...
So I thought I would have a little "fun" with fitting a caption to this "local" shot - I think the car driver was getting a warning about some minor driving offence / error... But in the end the policeman just rode off...
Hoping for better days ahead - especially for our dear friend

Thanks Vin - I think there is a Global Competition going on... even the UK seems to have joined in - in the 13 years I have been out of the UK the driving standards have definitely deteriorated... although parking seems a little better than here still

New York City is 4 lanes of double parked cars, made a mistake of taking
my truck into Manhattan and will NEVER do that again....

Understood M - the streets of Lisbon can be quite narrow and winding - I am VERY careful where I take my (small) Jeep - especially as it has FWD so the steering lock has some limitations... still its easier to drive there than my old Mercedes
