Description The most well-known of all kaiju species to have been discovered, no other animal needs an introduction less than Godzilla or more taxonomically known as the Megaloterax odonis. The infamous King of Monsters that has reigned since its infamous first rampage in 1954, incidentally warding off the attacks of other megafauna and causing wanton destruction as it fiercely defended its territory. Public view on Godzilla would range from being a menace, to being a necessary evil, or to even being a heroic protector of the Earth. Being it is a constant source of debate in the public eye and political circles, Godzilla was always considered a top priority threat by the armed forces of the civilized world, thus making its containment within the Monsterland Paleo-Zoological Preserve absolutely imperative.

That being said, here at the Monsterland Paleo-Zoological Preserve, we hope to act in hopes of containing and preserving creatures like Godzilla not just for the protection of mankind, but also for its own protection. However, due to the overall impossibility of containing Godzilla, the radioactive titan has free reign throughout the entirety of the land mass that makes up the preserve as all containment attempts typically result in failure.

Godzilla by itself is a rather self-sufficient animal within the facility as it mostly feeds via a form of internal nuclear fission, utilizing its own nuclear reserves as a means of self-sustenance. However, Godzilla is not beyond eating via conventional means as on-occasion, it will enter the oceanic portion of its enclosure and hunt for food, with it retaining a carnivorous diet being the preserve's bred population of giant cetaceans and cephalopods or simply hunting other kaiju such as the Ookondoru that tend to visit the preserve. Godzilla is unable to truly leave the preserves invisible oceanic perimeter however due to the placement of various radio frequency transmitters that have been observed to be quite efficient in warding off megafauna from the perimeter edge.

As of recent times however, Godzilla is not the sole member of the M. odonis species to be housed within the preserve as other non-mutated "Godzillasaurs" have been discovered and transported into the preserve, with several pods being discovered across the Pacific. Interestingly enough, the other pods of non-mutated M. odonis displays a similar social behavior towards elephants, migrating throughout the enclosure as a group, keeping the infants close to the center of the group with the adults guiding them. However, the pods do display somewhat of an instinctive uneasiness towards Godzilla, likely due to its horribly scarred appearance, usually keeping a good distance from the larger mutation. Godzilla does however exhibit signs of empathy and overall benevolence towards the groups however as he often brings the others food and ward off any threats towards the pod. As such, this pod acts as the primary reason towards why Godzilla has not left the preserve as it appears the presence of other members of his kind somewhat appeases the mutation's rage.

That being said however, Godzilla has been observed to be highly territorial against most other species, often getting into brief disputes with the Anguillasuchus siberiensis populace further inland, usually getting into skirmishes with a lone bull separate from the herds as they'll often fight over kills, or against eachother if the latter intends to challenge Godzilla for territory or food. Despite this, Godzilla remains largely unchallenged by the other megafauna.

In either sense, Godzilla's preservation here at the Monsterland Paleo-Zoological Preserve is our greatest means of understanding the M. odonis species and ensuring that humanity can learn more towards understanding not just Godzilla but other animals like it.

What is this you ask? Why is this not World of Gojira? Well the answer is quite simple, I'm just breaking the mold a bit by trying something new and separate from my normal stuff

I have a Theory that Shin Godzilla is Goro Maki's Titan Form. The Theory is that Goro Maki committed suicide by throwing himself overboard his boat, the Glory Maru, and fused himself with the creature while it was still in the ocean floor. Both Shin Godzilla and Goro Maki become one and now put Japan on a test to see if they could figure out everything.
