~sorrywasntlistening as Nana Osaki from the anime/manga NanaNana really took me by surprise.. On the surface it seemed like a typical girlie bullshit drama show...
I decided to give it a chance. After I watched the first episode I got the entire show and watched the whole thing in about 2 weeks time with my best friend.
Nana is currently one of my all time favourite anime shows. The characters are real.. deep.. and face real life problems. Problems that often aren't covered by most shows out there, at least not in the way Nana does.

i agree with you on how Nana seemed like a kinda crappy show in the first few episodes, but after a while Hachi stopped being so annoying and the show got better. Nana O. is really pretty! and so are you! great cosplay

Mmm both have very interesting and unique characters, I don't think you can really hate any of Yazawa Ai's characters
I think ParaKiss is also much less dark than Nana, as it deals with less issues, but it's also a much shorter story.
You could say that ParaKiss is kind of 'innocent' where as Nana is more 'real', if that makes sense ?_?

Whilst both are really good, I prefer one of her older works, "Tenshi nanka janai" (I'm no angel) <3
It's not as fancy as ParaKiss/Nana in terms of fashion/characters, but the story itself is really sweet ^_^
