That is so sweet! I do love that they stay close. I see them almost everyday! Sometimes they wonder for a day or two then they are back to see what goodies might be out in the yard!

Yes unfortunately just a week after her mother was killed by a car and just 3 hours after that shot was taken it just broke my heart when I turned onto my road and a van was stopped and she was in front of it. I called the DNR and they would not help so an county officer finally showed up 2 hours later and put her down

You sure you don't have 2 does and their fawns? seems strange that one is missing when it looked so healthy in those pictures!

The smallest of the 2 was hit by a van just 3 hours after I had taken the shot

The serving one looks very good considering she lost her mom and a week later her sister and it has been a few weeks and she seems to be well
