To celebrate the 35th Anniversary of "An American Tail," I would like to present my tribute piece for the original "An American Tail."

35 years ago on November 21, 1986, the American animated adventure film “An American Tail” was released marking it’s 35-year anniversary. Directed and produced by Don Bluth along with Gary Goldman and John Pomeroy at Sullivan Bluth Studios, it was distributed by Universal.
This film was known for becoming the most successful animated theatrical release and the highest grossing non-Disney produced animated feature, drawing over $47 million domestically and $84 million worldwide.
Today the film is still well-regarded, seen as one of Don Bluth's greatest films, if not quite as acclaimed as “The Secret of NIMH.” It is fondly remembered among children of the 1980's.

A lot of love was put into making this piece and I want this to be special.
