In a dingy run-down gym somewhere in England, Stephanie Ward pounds a beat-up heavy bag during her preparation for her upcoming WBC Silver title defense in Germany.Stephanie has a big fight coming up, and she's now totally focused on getting ready for it, even if some of the other people in the gym aren't giving her all their attention. She's wearing some old shabby looking gear, so do they even know there's a world Silver champ in the gym here, throwing down some super heavy leather right next to them?
At least there are no big distractions for Stephanie as she gives the bag a good beating, perhaps imagining that it's her upcoming opponent!

This is not "somewhere in England" it is in the heart of London's east end the home of several Londsdale belt holders in the past. This is where men and women from the slums tried to change their luck. Most failed and the gym has an atmosphere of lost hopes. It belongs to Joe "two fists" Thorton who is normally half asleep in a corner with a glass of whisky nearby. Cindy is talking to Murderous Jerry Spencer who has just come out of jail and has an upcoming fight at York Hall with Gary "Rockhard" Miller who sent his last opponent into a coma. The other kid is trying to come off drugs and screwed up his last fight being koed in the second round
