Holy shit, I love this lining style. It reminds me of some of Alphonse Mucha's work, and he's one of my favorites from that era. It's the perfect choice for this character, too, I feel, because he seems to come from the same time. The subtle textures also really make the piece; it looks like one of those paper stickers that one might put on the inside of a book cover to mark it as theirs, with that rough, grainy feeling across the top... ♥
