Wow awesome post processing, is it just tone mapping and color adjustments or is there some HDR involved?

I made 3 files from Chris jpg image. Then I made a HDR/tone mapping from this files in Dynamic Photo HDR, color adjustment in PS + a little snap with LucisArt.
