You realy like your pencils there would be a lot of hours here. I have a bag full of pencil stubs about an inch long from all the drawing I have done, I'm not real keen on clutch pencils so tend to use the normal type.
It's fantastic to see so many people into drawing here and yours are great, keep it up.

I find it doesn't take long to turn a new pencil into a stub. I use the normal type too. I'm not too sure if I've ever come across clutch pencils, unless your referring to the ones with grips (I don't like them). I think I'd have less control if I wasn't directly holding the pencil itself.

They are the pencils that you put a tiny stick of graphite in and then press the top as you want more to come out, they don't need sharpening. They are good if you are drawing on the train etc.
I also use lots of differant papers, it's supprising how some use the pencil up faster than others.

I'm speachless. I just took time to view all the details in full view and I don't know what to say. Brilliant seems flat and overused.
I just love this one - pencil work, shadows AND expression on her face.

Thank you very much The two pics that I did of Fiona (that's including the 'stockings' one) mean a lot to me. I've really tried to push myself further on these, so it means a lot when people like them

They are both marvels. The stocking one is a eye catcher because of the pose but both are stunning in details and lines. So you should be proud.


Things are somehow working - I have no idea why as I still have so many errors in the Registry department it boggles the mind. But it's probably more conected to what I DON'T have in my computer any longer than with actual working software so I'm happy to let the sleeping dogs lie (for a moment at least ). I feel presure to catch up on comments and deviations first before posting but on the other hand I'm here to show off so it's hard to hold back. The long 4th of July weekend is coming so it will add more to my backlog but what I'm supposed to do? So I post and try my best to comment. At some point I will catch up. Hopefully.


I hope everything is peaceful and quiet on your Summer front.
