may I ask exactly how you color this? i always seem to have trouble getting textures and shading to look right.

I use layer upon layer of shadow and higlights. I'd like to come up with some sort of image or tutorial to show exactly how I colour something. The biggest thing that's most commonly missed is back light. I counted the layers for this design and I used 25 not including the background or text. I can spend up to n hour adding and editing the shade on one minor panel in one layer.

I love the style of detail in this. This is very inspiring, I myself havent been doin any more art lately and see stuff like this make me want to do more artwork.

I can't wait to see it all finished up, it looks freaking cool so far... I just love all the detail and the subtle airbrushed dirt/dust at the edges of his plating. Great stuff!!
