Description
Jin isn't all that creative, so her first Hero Costume is a variation on the UA school uniform. Her "skirt" is made up from loops of Capturing Weapon cloth and can be used to capture others. This particular design may not offer a whole lot of material to work with, but she's still learning the ropes with this tool. Plus the short length is cuter!

Thanks! It always bugged me how Aizawa and Shinso have their long, looping weapon around their necks. If I were a villain it would be really easy to just go up and pull until I choked them out. I think there's even a panel in the manga where Aizawa tugs on the capturing weapon to punish Shinso? Anyway, if the weapon is looped around your middle you're not going to die. That's just common sense.
