I've started so many Mermaid paintings over the years and never finished any of them. I think I put them onto some kind of art pedestal (thanks, Little Mermaid) and never thought my paintings could do them justice.Anyway, I made myself finish this one! The name should be Sæglópur, but DA is a big meanie. Named for Sigur Ros, of course.

The character's very interesting. She wears a foreboding look as she gingerly touches the helmet, as though it has significance to her.
