Time for another cat painting! This time it's Kai. He's a half Maine Coon who's about 3 years old now, weighs a good 20 lbs, and is still growing. He's got a lot of energy and a bit of an attention whore who loves to knock things over, get into things he's not supposed to, and generally cause trouble. I like to think I'm getting better at painting cats, particularly long-haired ones. It can be kinda difficult to get the texture right. My main issue here though is the background. I'm not sure what's wrong with it exactly but it just doesn't look like it's on the same level that the cat is on if that makes sense. Ah well. it's still nice though.
