Description "So, do you have anything strong to drink? It's been a while and my liver could use some exercise."

-Zoya to Oleg

-----------

So, a while back my friends started up a Kingmaker game, and I wanted to break my fear of melee-oriented classes by trying out a class that reveled in it and then some. Barbarian. As it turned out, good ol' Zoya found herself in some fun situations, cleaving threats in half with her greatsword when she wasn't being mauled into unconsciousness by the odd bear attack.

We ended up taking a break from Kingmaker, but at that point she had settled into her position as Catan's (Yes, THAT Catan) general, and was more than happy to bug her second-in-command Kesten Garress ("Garress!") into a drinking contest or two. Such a fun game.

She's also the lucky model for my Cousland/Hawke in Dragon Age.

Kingmaker AND Dragon Age? You have good taste, my friend. ^_^

She looks nifty. I like the tufts of fur and little accessories in particular. It gives the impression of armor she has put together over the years, that wasn't just bought "off the rack."

I'm running a group through Kingmaker and we love it. Thanks for sharing your pretty character!

So do you! It's great to hear that someone else is giving the ol' adventure path a shot. It's too much fun not to try! I'm all over the second Dragon Age game right now, and miss Kingmaker a ton. Just being able to play a character type like her in there is a treat, but I still would love to pick the game back up. There's so much left in the adventure path that we could do!

I seesawed for a while on what to throw on her, but I knew that I wanted it to be kind of pieced together from things her tribe could've stumbled on. I wouldn't be surprised at all if she had two different types of shoes at one point either.

Thanks a bunch! I hope you guys are having as much fun as we did. At some point I'll try and get more of our party members drawn, but we'll see...

Thank you! It was interesting coming up with this because it's a bit far from what I'm used to working with.

Thank you! It was fun coming up with what she was wearing, even though costume design usually drives me up a wall.

She wins the award for the Most Awesome Line of the Day in my book. XD Interestingly enough, this is the first time I've ever seen someone use a female barbarian. Nicely done.

I love her for that line, and for how easy it can be to play her. She's quite a departure for me because I usually play characters who are more comfortable in the background (rogues and wizards) and she's delightfully direct.

Female barbarians may not be that common, but they're so much fun to play. Thanks a bunch!
