I like this. Drawing in the deltoid there is a good idea. It really adds to the form of the arm and helps locate the shoulder.
Your line work is clean yet still retains the calligraphic quality that one would expect from ink. Is the linework Digital? If so what program?
Alot of nice fluidity here, both in the form, but also in the rendering.
