This is for my online gal pal, , who's been an inspiration to me in the Sailor Moon department! And I can't tell you how much fun I had designing the queen gown!! ^^

Of course, I used the Princess Gown Base for the design of my design. I give full credit to
for the use of the base! ^^ Kudos to you, keep up the great work!!

Anyways, the gown itself is inspired by Neo Queen Serenity's future gown, but I used my Princess Rosalina gown for the queen gown. As you can see, I made her back bow a bit bigger and shaped like a butterfly/fairy wings, which suited her perfectly.
I also did the gown part differently than the princess gown, which includes the tier "Rose" ruffled part being down lower, added the ribbons along the dress part, under the bodice and added the puffy sleeves with the sheer sleeve type parts under the puffs.
Speaking of arm puffs, I got the idea from the Sailor Moon Crystal anime version of Princess Serenity's overall design, especially the puffs! I LOVE the puffy sleeves in the 2014 princess design, since it's from the manga! For the queen's design, I designed the puffs to look like rosebuds! Made sense too since the overall gown design is based on a rose!
I once again gave Rosalina a type of rose hair ribbon design to wrap around the hair bun and gave her a tiara, which could look like rose petals! Her earrings, shoes and gown all have a simple stylized rose design!

Maybe someday I'll design my Princess and Neo Queen Arianna Solianna of the Sun Kingdom's gowns! ^^
