Remember that would-be-musical sci-fi story I wrote about a while ago called The Bastard Movies ? If not, then check out the link before checking this weirdo out.
Actually, I'll just copy/past the PLOT right here: It is a fictional 1965 and the world has been destroyed due to over-populating. Desperate to start life over, the Jigsaw Myre Corp. was created in order to keep the population no more and no less than 100,000 people in amount due to paranoia of another world war. Becoming a totalitarian government, the Jigsaw Myre enforced "equality" among the people, enslaving their minds and thoughts to think totally alike. If you think differently and for yourself, then your head is blown to bits and a newborn baby is spared. But an ex-scientist (who just so happens to be a total FREAKSHOW) creates a monster with the blackmailed help of a Jigsaw employee in hopes of using it to take down the system. Then the monster starts to grow a life and mind of its own, experiencing joy, sorrow, love, and ultimately wrath.

This is Jigsaw, the main antagonist of the story. ^^

Jigsaw is the evil dictator of the world who runs the Jigsaw Myre Corp., the company bent on keeping everything equal through insane methods. He is a funky man who speaks in a high British accent, though it could actually be unbalanced for he himself is unable to talk. He uses speech patterns and recordings from the past, in pop culture, that helps him to speak such as how he speaks exactly like the Blue Meanies from the 50's Beatles film and references Charlie Chaplin very much. Like, he has no voice of his own.
Jigsaw is both humorous and eccentric but terribly intelligent.
He used to be a man-made killing weapon during World War II, a thousand years before the story takes place. Then he suffered abandonment by his creator and took notice of what inequality and prejudice can equal, so then he grew to be the malicious ruler of the universe.
He suffers from post-trauma for the recorded scenes of the Holocaust and violence could drive him into a dizzying state.

This is Jigsaw during a scene in the story:
Jigsaw: The bastard-blood is going gone, now. SEND IN THE CATAPULTED MISSILES!
Employee: Sorry, sir. We can't do that.
Jigsaw: Can't? Can't? Why can we not!?
Employee: Somebody jacked away all our weapons and put our arsenal on lockdown from the inside. We got nothing.
Jigsaw: You have got nothing in your vagina! Allow me to leave for a jiff. *skedaddles out of the room and brings over a giant tractor, placing it on the catapult* Open fire!
*truck is launched out of the building and it flies over the city. Then he runs back and fetches a minivan*
Jigsaw: There. Now ordain me.
Employee: You want us to fire it right now? After the last one we just--
Jigsaw: FIRE!? FIRE! FIRE! I HAVE BEEN FIRE! *jumps into the van the second before it is launched*
Employee: There he goes. Far away.

He is 9 feet tall.

He's supposed to look like a sophisticated, more even version of Bastard.

He has a fair amount of violet and yellow on him.

He wears a scale for a crown.

PS: I don't know why he and Bastard look like the love children of Skella and Roger.
