Really cool
I liked much the "energy weapon" that materalizes on his right arm, with all details and energy look as well the sparks and blue energy emerging from his left arm, as well details from his clothing as the boots and his shirt, that are long sleeve but has cuts on the sleeves, make a nice effect

I can't even begin to describe how happy this picture makes me. If only I could import this character into my Mass Effect game...but then, I'd have to choose between the two biotic boys...Kaidan or Anders?Β Maybe...both?

Sort of, yeah. Anders is mostly concerned with the treatment of biotic test subjects by Cerberus, as well as the plight of L2s. Though his hatred for Cerberus tends to trump how much he wants to help other L2s, I think. I imagine that'll be his goal once Cerberus falls apart.
I did very briefly have a Mass Effect Fenris RP partner who gave him a backstory with batarian slavers... he was also the slave to a biotic commune headed by a fucking psychopathic L2 named Dan Erius (hurr). His brands were made from eezo and he had a very wicked prejudice towards biotics. It was really interesting, it's just that my partner kind of disappeared

Are those tattoos on his arms? Is he possessed by Justice? Since his eyes here look blue? Or something?
Anyway I rather like his clothes and his staff.

Yeah, they're supposed to be wing tattoos stretching down his arms, since I couldn't think of an application for his signature feather pauldrons without it looking strange. Feathers are a hard thing to insert into a Mass Effect design without throwing the whole thing off, lol. I was going to clean them up to look better but it slipped my mind. I need to redraw them.
Anyway, kind of. He's a biotic, so his eyes are glowing because his biotics are activated. He does, however, have a severe case of multiple personality disorder, and Justice has a bad habit of agitating his biotics and making his eyes glow when he takes control, whether partial or complete. I thought it'd be a handy physical cue for when his personalities swap around.
